What's a scan credit?▾
One scan credit = one autonomous test run on a single target endpoint. Credits reset monthly and roll over to a maximum of 1.5× your plan's allotment.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Upgrade and downgrade take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Cancel any time — monthly plans end at period close, annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.
Is annual billing actually cheaper?▾
Annual is priced at ~10 months / year — you save roughly 15%. The toggle on this page shows the live numbers per tier.
Can I test production systems?▾
Yes, with appropriate scope. All tests are constrained to your defined targets and enforced at infrastructure level. Customers control rate limits and exclusion windows.
How is customer data secured?▾
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Per-customer isolated environments. No source code retained for model training. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 in progress.
Do you offer self-hosted or air-gapped deployment?▾
We're a SaaS-first platform. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated single-tenant deployment in their preferred region — talk to sales for details.
